Who will I see for treatment?
All appointments are with James Forster, a Chartered Physiotherapist and Sports Scientist with nearly 20 years of clinical experience. You’ll always be treated by a qualified professional who takes the time to understand your specific needs.
Do I need a GP referral to book an appointment?
No referral is necessary. You can contact us directly to discuss your situation and book a session. If we think you’d benefit from input from your GP or another specialist, we’ll always let you know.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
We’ll start with a friendly chat to understand your concerns, followed by a thorough specialised clinical assessment including your movement, pain, and strength. Then we’ll talk through a treatment plan that suits your goals, lifestyle, and body.
Where is YourPhysio located?
YourPhysio is based in Claxby, a lovely village near Market Rasen, Lincolnshire. We have free parking on site and a peaceful setting that helps you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive.
How long are appointments and how many will I need?
Initial assessments typically last up to 60 minutes, with follow-ups around 30–45 minutes. Everyone is different—some people feel better after a few sessions, others may benefit from longer-term support. We’ll always be honest about what you need.
Is YourPhysio suitable for older adults or people with long-term conditions?
Absolutely. We regularly support clients of all ages, including those managing arthritis, mobility issues, or chronic pain. We focus on safe, effective care tailored to your unique situation.
What makes YourPhysio different from other clinics?
At YourPhysio, it’s personal. James doesn’t just treat symptoms—he helps you understand the cause and works with you to improve your long-term health. The clinic is private, state-of-the-art, and entirely focused on your comfort and recovery.
Can I get help even if I’m not sure what’s wrong?
Yes. You don’t need a diagnosis to reach out. James is skilled in identifying the root causes of pain and movement issues—even when the symptoms are vague or have been around for years.
How can I get in touch or ask a question?
